Sr. Analytics Recruiter

40% of the Fee on Square Deals


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally in an analytics function of a recruiting firm or company
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and sales skills
  • Deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, Bullhorn CRM, Linkedin Recruiter, and Hubspot would be a plus
  • Highly developed executive search skills (e.g., candidate attraction, talent assessment)
  • Ability to take initiative with little direction, exceptional attention to detail, organizational and people skills driven by the desire to continuously improve our recruiting process
  • A high level of entrepreneurship and creativity

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Identifying clients, selling them on our services, determining hiring requirements and developing long lasting business relationships
  • Planning, coordinating and driving hiring activities throughout the U.S.
  • Developing strategic and creative sourcing strategies using an appropriate combination of Linkedin Recruiter, Bullhorn Database, Hubspot, online postings, referrals, networking, and other relevant methods
  • Attracting talent and gaining their interest in working for our clients
  • Thorough resume and phone screening utilizing our internal application
  • Guiding and managing candidates throughout the process, full-cycle recruiting, from contact to close

Contingency Fees range between 20 to 25% of the Candidate’s Base Salary
40% of the Fee on Square Deals
25% of the Fee on Candidate side
15% of the Fee on Client side
