If your referral were to quit or be fired within the first 90 days of employment, we’d have to pay back our client, so we hope you understand.
If you referred a hiring manager or HR professional and it leads to a contingency contract and contingency placement with their company, we’ll pay you $2,000 once our first placement reaches 90 days employment with our new contingency client.
